Greetings, I’m Noor, your dedicated Stress Management & Burnout Coach.

 

MY background

With over a decade of experience, I’ve accumulated more than 800 hours of training in yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

I hold a Psychology of Mental Health MSc. from the University of Edinburgh, specializing in evidence-based practices for stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.

I’m certified as a “”Transformational Nutrition Coach and hold “Integrative Nutrition Health Coach” and “Gut Health Management” certifications.

 

MY ACHIEVEMENTS

I managed to craft psychoeducational programs for refugees in Greece, incorporating mindfulness techniques to alleviate symptoms of PTSD.
