Noor is a 600 RYT Yoga teacher, a Holistic Health Coach, and the founder of The Noor Concept. Noor is trained in Inner Axis, Yin Yoga, and Jivamukti Yoga. She has 9 years of teaching experience. Noor integrates the ancient teachings of yoga with modern science to help you deepen your awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and body. She strives to support you in developing mindfulness tools and practices, so that you can confidently regulate and manage your stress and emotions.

Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga with a 380-IYF-FFY qualification since 2009, Fémanda has continually refined her teaching through her extensive travels. With a wealth of specialized training in conscious nutrition, sound yoga, traditional medicines, and more, she seamlessly combines gentleness, strength, and control in her instruction. A true musician at heart, she integrates mastery of breath, rhythm, and the essence of sound into her expertise.Over the past 15 years, Fémanda has dedicated herself to the practice and teaching of yoga, making her an exceptionally knowledgeable resource for your well-being. Her understanding of Vedic sciences allows her to offer a modern yet comprehensive approach. As a self-learner who keeps up with contemporary developments, her vision of well-being remains adaptable.
